Liz Brown

I'm a UX Researcher, and I translate insights into impactful product decisions through exploratory, generative, and evaluative research so that teams are confident in who their users are, what they want to do, and why they want to do it.

My work includes projects that span Web Developer JTBDs, Learner personas and journeys, and the effects of Generative AI on productivity.

I have a Master’s in HCI from Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Pittsburgh. I’m from Richmond, VA, USA and in my free time, I enjoy watching films and coding.
