Elizabeth Brown

I'm a UX Researcher, and I translate research insights into impactful product decisions through exploratory, generative, and evaluative research so that teams are confident in who their users are, what they want to do, and why they want to do it.

My work includes projects that span Web Developer JTBDs, Learner personas and journeys, and the effects of Generative AI on productivity.

I have a Master’s of Science in Information, specializing in HCI and UXR, from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. I’m from Richmond, VA, USA and in my free time I enjoy watching films, coding, and reading.
